1. Delivery
a) Shipping Methods
We currently ship all orders through Royal Mail Tracked services. Available options will be shown at checkout.
b) Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12pm may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
c) Delivery Time
Royal Mail Tracked 24: typically 1 business day
Royal Mail Tracked 48: typically 2–3 business days
Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (strikes, weather, seasonal delays).
d) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and vary by service.
We offer free UK delivery when your basket meets the minimum spend threshold shown on site.
e) Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
f) International Shipping
International shipping is available to selected countries. Costs and delivery times vary by location and will appear at checkout.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, and in line with UK hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
a) Return Eligibility
We can accept returns only if:
- The product is unopened,
- In its original condition, and
- You contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.
b) Initiating a Return
To request a return, email info@lanincompany.com with:
- Your order number
- The product(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will confirm whether your item is eligible and provide further instructions.
c) Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:
- You received the wrong item, or
- The item arrived damaged or faulty
We recommend a tracked service as we cannot refund items lost during return transit.
d) Refunds
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
e) Exchanges
If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement where stock allows. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be offered.
f) Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards and promotional items
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at info@lanincompany.comwith your order number and photos.
We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
4. Additional Notes
This policy applies to purchases made directly at lanincompany.com.
For purchases made through third-party retailers, TikTok Shop, or Amazon, please refer to their respective policies.
