2. Returns and Exchanges:

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the product(s) within 3 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

b) Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@lanincompany.com. Our representatives will guide you through the return process and provide you with further instructions. Please ensure to include your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

c) Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s). Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit.

d) Refunds and Exchanges: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to the original payment method. Exchanges for a different product may be available, subject to availability.
